शतप्रतिशत मतदान


शत प्रतिशत मतदान-
प्रत्येक वर्ष चुनाव में जनता द्वारा शत प्रतिशत मतदान प्रक्रिया  में प्रतिभाग न किया जाना न सिर्फ असंतोषजनक है बल्कि जनता का सरकार में प्रतिनिधित्व भी सुनिश्चित नहीं करता। उपरोक्त के दृष्टिगत सरकार एवं विशेष रूप से  निर्वाचन आयोग की जिम्मेदारी है कि किसी भी प्रकार प्रयास करके शत प्रतिशत मतदान सुनिश्चित किया जाय।
 इसके लिए एक सुझाव यह है कि जिस प्रकार कोविड वैक्सीनेशन का प्रमाण पत्र विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में धीरे धीरे अनिवार्य किया जा रहा है उसी प्रकार प्रत्येक मतदाता को  क्रमशः लोक सभा , विधानसभा एवं पंचायती चुनाव का प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत कर उन्हें केंद्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार एवं स्थानीय सरकार द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं का लाभ दिया जाए । इससे एक ओर जनता में लोकतंत्र का  महत्त्व विकसित होगा एवं जो व्यक्ति लोकतंत्र में आस्था नही रखते हैं उन्हें लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत  प्राप्त होने वाले लाभ  का अधिकार भी नहीं होना चाहिए ।
